There was once a time when one would receive a message from someone and if one could not understand what the message said, it was because the person was either illiterate, had zero grammar skills, or was just plain lazy. Now because of “smart” phone, voice-recognition and texting, which further garbles those already unintelligible messages, we must add arrogance to the list.
